Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State arrives the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) for the 17th Convocation Ceremony of the University. The governor who is also the visitor to the University will be conferred with an Honourary Doctorate Degree in Public Administration in recognition of his sterling service in the National Assembly and outstanding performance in office as Governor of Enugu State.
