… Visits Abakpa junction by 82 Division; Amurri road, Abakpa; Abakpa Nike road; IMT Junction by Polo Shopping Mall to appeal to illegal roadside traders to relocate their shops to enable the relevant government agencies remove and sanitize the areas, starting from tomorrow morning.
The governor was accompanied to the areas by the Commissioner for Enugu State Capital Territory Development Authority, Barr. Chidi Aroh; Commissioner for Environment and Mineral Resources, Amb. Fidel Ayogu; Commissioner for Transport, Hon.. Vitus Okechi; the Transitional Chairman of Enugu East Local Government Area, Prince Cornelius Nnaji, the Police Area Commander, Abakpa Police Station, Enugu, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources, Mrs. Bernardine Ezeugwu, among others.
